Your order is securely packed using standard approved methods and in excellent condition when it is released to the freight carrier. Please carefully inspect your shipment as soon as it is delivered. If the carton is damaged, take the bed out of the box and inspect it thoroughly. If there is shipping damage then note its condition on the freight bill (Product Damaged) and refuse the delivery. If this happens call us immediately with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. If you notice shipping damage after the driver has left, CALL us immediately and we'll help you secure a replacement. Please note, a concealed damage claim must be filed by you with the freight carrier, and you are required to retain all packaging materials for inspection by the freight carrier's representative.
