In the unlikely event of a manufacturer's defect, you must contact us and e-mail us a photo of the damage to receive a Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer prior to returning the product. Product returns will not be accepted without an RA number. In order to protect the merchandise on the return, the item being returned must be wrapped in the original or similar packaging. The product MUST BE PROPERLY PACKED WITH ALL VITAL POINTS TRIPLE WRAPPED to minimize damage during transit. If the item is received damaged due to improper packaging by you, The manufacturer will not be responsible for the damages incurred in transit. They will refuse a returned product that has been damaged by the freight carrier and you will have to file a freight claim.
Please note that due to the unique nature of the finishes and the individual craftsmanship in hand-applying the finish to each product, slight variances are normal and are NOT considered a manufacturer's defect, thus they are not returnable.
