Generally, we cannot accept returns on iron beds unless the bed has a manufacturer's defect because our beds are custom-made. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. Please be careful when placing your order, and let us know if we can assist you in selecting the right bed for your situation. Always measure your space for your bed.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturer's defect, you must contact us and e-mail us a photo of the damage to receive a Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer. Product returns will not be accepted without an RA number. In order to protect the merchandise on the return, the item being returned must be wrapped in the original or similar packaging. The product MUST BE PROPERLY PACKED WITH ALL VITAL POINTS TRIPLE WRAPPED to minimize damage during transit. If the item is received damaged due to improper packaging by you, Wesley Allen will not be responsible for the damages incurred in transit. The manufacturer will refuse a returned product that has been damaged by the freight carrier and you will have to file a freight claim.
Please note that due to the unique nature of the finishes and the individual craftsmanship in hand-applying the finish to each product, slight variances are normal and are NOT considered a manufacturer's defect, thus they are not returnable. We use the best quality pictures on our site to give you the most accurate view of what your bed will look like. However, finishes and colors may vary because of differences in monitors.
